A British Columbia native to the core, Cory Renfrew has diligently worked for the successes he has achieved.

Cory has taken a path less traveled in the golf landscape, choosing to forgo a U.S. scholarship to become a hometown Thunderbird at the University of British Columbia. Ready to fire with a strong artillery of skills and talent, Cory is well on his way to a successful professional career. With his down to earth demeanor and fearless play, Cory has been embraced by his community and has become a fan favorite across the country.

Cory will enter the 2016 season with full status on the Mackenzie Tour- PGA TOUR Canada. No stranger to the limelight, Renfrew has made recent headlines, qualifying for the Open PGA TOUR event by winning the Monday qualifier and leading by four strokes. Cory is used to the pressure of the PGA TOUR; he successfully Monday qualified and made the cut in the always formidable Waste Management Phoenix Open on the PGA TOUR in 2015. Cory has proven himself to be one of the top up and coming players in professional golf.

His accomplishments are numerous, including winning the BC Mid-Am, finishing runner-up in the Canadian Mid-Am, and third in the Canadian Amateur. He earned his PGA Tour Canada card in 2012, and had a breakthrough year, finishing second at the Victoria Times Colonist Island Savings Open and winning the Syncrude Boreal Open, while finishing third on the Order of Merit.
